4 Mile Fun Run

 

A fun run fundraising event took place in Ballynacally on Sunday the 3rd of March 2013. It was very well supported with over 240 registered runners and walkers taking part. The weather was good and the event was very professionally staged by Ballynacally/Lissycasey meet and train group with help from development committee members and others. We would like to thank them for their help on this event.

Pre and post massages were available from Bodyfit clinics and Ennis Injury Clinic, the lads were busy especially after the run, we would also thank them for their help providing this useful and necessary service.

 

Presentation of Cheque

Following the very successful fun run, Rosie McMahon of Ballynacally Meet & Train group presented a cheque of €2313 to some members of the Development Association. This money will be used to repair the community centre which has fallen into disrepair in recent years.
